Well, most of the family has gone home and after this weekend we will have to start trying to live a normal life without our Stephen. I miss him incredibly! I have trouble thinking about anything else. We are going to get out of town for a couple of days and try to be a family of three instead of four. Carolyn seems to be adjusting better than I had thought she would, which is an answered prayer. John and I just seem to be in a fog. It all still seems so unreal!
Thank you for continuing to pray for us. We are so blessed with all the family and friends that drove and flew long distances to be with us this past week We are so thankful for all the food, flowers, cards and gifts! This would be so much harder if we did not have such a wonderful support network. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!
Please pray for other children battling this same disease - Kasey, Jacob and Sarah to name a few. I hate to see what this beast does to our children!
