greetings: sorry i did not update up to this point.. we have had some HAPPENING days in the johnsons lives, so we just had to get things situated before i got to this - our appointments in mayo went well- xrays showed great healing, blood work showed improved blood levels-- the plan is to return to mayo in the end of july- IF the results are as good as they were MONDAY- the dr. said we could discontinue the antibiotics that nik is on to see how his body reacts without them- then we will discuss when we can take out the metal.... his bladder tests came out great as well- they suspected another bladder stone - but ultrasound proved there not to be one.... nik got his braces completed back in Grand forks today- he feels good getting them back on -- he is going to still try to WALK across the stage at graduation. it may be with crutches but he is very determined. he also went and got registered at voc tech in egf as well today. he needs to go back on may 29th to assess out of some testing like math and sciences- so if he does well with them- he may not have take them as generals when school starts. alot of great things moving along for him.. tomorrow we will celebrate lynsies college graduation!! she has worked hard to double major and graduate in 4 yrs- off to graduate school next--- nicole & bridger have been at poppas and mamas for the week- since dan left for iraq- tough days but we smother them both with kisses and hugs as much as they will allow us-- bridger is kind of getting sick of the kisses but he rather likes the hugs...nicole never gets sick of smothering !!! hahah - check with you all later. love from the johnsons-
