Good morning everyone. Jacob is feeling much better. He still sleeps a huge chunk of the day but is eating more and feeling better. He was out playing in his electric wheel chair yesterday and even drove it through the house. He is getting really good at it. And I think he really enjoys the freedom. He was also playing chicken with my van. I'm yelling "TURN! TURN!" and he kept going straight at it until the last minute and then turned around and gave me his very cheesy grin. He is still himself. I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all of the teachers and parents who have stopped by and dropped off meals, cut down weeds, given us gift cards and just been here. It has been wonderful! You have all touch my heart so much. I also want to thank my friend Heather and her company. The maid came yesterday and was here about four hours. She did an amazing job and I could have worked here butt to the bone. She even worked through the craziness of my life. There were people and kids all over the place and she just went with the flow. Bless everyone who has really pitched in and helped us out. I now have a week to get three of my kiddos ready for school. It hit me the other day how much I had been looking forward to having all four in school all day. I am so sad that Jacob cannot join everyone this year. We are still planning to go to his orientation and see all of his friends. But we aren't planning on him starting the school year. Visits we can do.
