This weekend I have had a lot of time to pause and reflect on what has happened with me over this past year. I haven't fully come to terms with the way things are now, but I'm slowly getting there. some things still preterb me, but I'm trying to not let that bother me. (As best as I can) I've decided to get a "head start" on my new years resolution. I plan on makeing my diet more cancer-patient healthy. Add more protein, less fiber, all the good things I need to do. That doesn't mean I'll quit all things. Just modify a little here and there!
