Welcome to our CaringBridge site. It has been created to keep friends and family updated about our loved one.

Our 15 year old son, Adam, was diagnosed with a (4cmX4cmX4cm) cancerous brain tumor, he named "Bill" (Anaplastic PNET grade 4) located in his brain stem on 10-8-07. Much has happened since then, and there is so much more to come.-

Please read his story, Adam is an inspiration.

Hello everyone,

This is adam. I just wanted to say hello and tell you about my weekend. It started with the pep assembly on friday. It was a alot of fun but it was hott! We played games and got pumped for the game later that night. After the assembly, crazy Coach Marco, decided to take me driving. He said I did realy good for the first time but I just think he was being nice. He had to use the brake a few times and he had to correct me a few times but it was fun to finally be able to use my permit that i have had for months now. Next was the game. It was a great game(for us). at halftime the score was 48 to 6 in favor of the WOLVES. At halftime they anounced court and then we went home. I WAS EXAUSTED. we ended up winning that game 62 to 6. We are now 6-0 with 6 wins and 0 losses and ranked #1 in the state whch is great because we just moved a class to 5a so we are better than any other school in the state. The parade was Saturday morning at 9 o'clock but i had to be there at 8:30. It was just what I needed after a long night. Then we went to Aaron's soccer game at 11. He lost but played a very good game. The other team was twice the size of him though so he wasn't upset for loosing. Then we took a lot of pictures went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner then to the dance. It was a lot of fun but it was so hot. Lynsey said there was over a thousand people all cramed into our little cafeteria. They announced court again and then i had to go home, it was too hot and i was tired again. The next day Emily and Emily's sister Hannah had a birthday party at a park. Emily is sweet 16 and Hannah is 7. after the party we went to Faith Christian Church in Wentzville and saw Mike Hagen's Strength Team, formerly know as the Power Team. It was Aaron's first time to see them and he loved it. Today was not as an exciting day. We were supposed to start chemo but we ran into another problem, my platelet count was too low so it delayed my treatment a week so I'll get my treatment next week. I still went down to Children's for a doctor's appointment and got to hang out with Emily while she got her chemo.
