Multi-language Initiative
Today, CaringBridge is used in more than 190 countries around the world. Adding multi-language capability (starting with Spanish) will allow us to continue to strive toward our mission statement of “bringing together a global community of care.”
We are excited to tell you that we have been given a $75,000 challenge grant from a generous family, which will provide a dollar-for-dollar match if we are able to raise the additional $75,000 for the project. The cost of adding multi-language capability to the CaringBridge service is $150,000.
This project will allow us to meet the needs of even more Americans who speak a language other than English at home, as well as allowing more families around the world to be part of a powerful, personal CaringBridge experience.
