Sawyer Colby Belyea

Welcome!!!

Sawyer's Diagnosis (11-11-02) Choroid Plexus Papilloma
What this means: Choroid plexus papilloma (CPP) is a benign neoplasm of the choroid plexus, a structure made from tufts of villi within the ventricular system that produces cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). CPPs commonly are observed in the lateral ventricles of children, but they can be encountered in adults. While the vast majority of these neoplasms are benign, a small percentage can be malignant.

Journal

Tuesday, May 22, 2007 6:54 PM CDT

Update: Sawyer had another MRI -end of 2006. There was a SIGNIFICANT decrease in the size of Sawyer's 'thing'. We are very pleased to hear this and Sawyer is doing fine. No surgery (well, he has to have Inguinal Hernia Repair in June, but that is better than brain surgery)
Sawyer is a healthy, smart and energetic little man and we are blessed to have him.
Thank you to all who hold him up in prayer, I believe this is why Sawyer has remained healthy and has a shrunken 'brain thing'. Keep it up!
Thank you for everything, Robert Belyea (Sawyer's Dad)
